I registered a complaint on 11th october, 2019 regarding the issue that my earphone’s microphones were not working and my earphones were picked up on 14th october 2019. Its been 9 days since the pickup and i haven’t got any notification regarding the replacement of my earphones. The worst part is i am not able to contact the customer service, they never get connected and on the call i listen to “we will call you shortly “ but they never call back and they never reply to my mails. I am having such a bad experience. I don’t know if i’m going to get my earphones or not.

When will i receive my replacement, the status of my complaint is not even updated on the website yet, its been more than 2 weeks now.
You guys dont pick calls and even reply to mails, why to provide warranty if you cannot manage the services. Pathetically irresponsible behavior.
