Boat — did not received replacement product from last one month

Hi,
I have registered my boat rockerz 255 headphones and pickup successfully but still i have not received replacement product. Its almost one month done for this... Very pathetic service.. Trying to call on service center number continuously but all executives are busy???
Will never take boat products after that... I need replacement product as soon as possible.
