Boat — Didnt Expect the Warranty to Actually Cover My Headphone Repairs

My boAt headphones started giving mic issues after a few months. People on calls kept saying my voice was too low or breaking, and I thought the product had glitch. I remembered seeing many mixed reviews online about boAt service, so I wasn’t very hopeful. I raised a complaint through their website anyway.

To my surprise, the process was quite simple. They just asked for invoice copy and a short video showing the problem. After I submitted that, they approved the claim quickly. A courier guy came for pickup and within a week I received a fresh replacement.

I realised most delays happen when people skip steps or don’t share proper details. For me, everything worked smoothly. As long as your product is under warranty, you're safe.
