Boat — Didn't get my earphones back from replacement from 5 months

I have claimed warranty of my boat bassheads 220 earphones on 18 march 2020 and haven't received my earphones yet its been 5 to 6 months they didn't answered most of my calls on the costumer service and they were just making promises that it will dispatch it in 48 hrs or so but they never did. N it was difficult to connect with them as after 4 to 5 tries the call connects and then after that 10 mins waiting or so i can talk to them and they ate up my 5 months warranty by keeping the product to themselves on the service centre i want my warranty of 5 months back. They stopped emailing and calling and they r not answering my emails and calls
