Boat — Didn't get product back after claiming replacement

I bought boat nirvana 715anc noise cancelation Bluetooth headphones from. Amazon on 10 Jun 2020.

In just 20 days i start facing issues. So as product is in warranty period. I Register a complaint for replacement.

On 3 July they picked up my product and on 10 July they issued replacement product. It's been around 50 days but i didn't get my product back.

I tried customer care more than 100 times, but they didn't even pick the call. Nor replying to emails. Nor solve ticket that's generated on website.

When will i get my product? I'm working from home facing lot of issue because of this bad customer service.

I need my product as soon as possible.

Yesterday even i complaint the same. It showed resolved without been resolved.
