Boat — discriminate of ticket number for same location for warranty support

I have raised complaint against my warranty product for replacement and they have picked up my product and they have received at 16th june but after that no update from their side and they are giving reason of covid 19... My complain number on boat site is. 1141266 and one of my friend who have raised complaint for same service and their product has been replaced in 10 days their complaint number is 1180253 so i just have one question why they are discriminate with complaints and they are not picking up my calls not replying mails so please take action for replacement of.
