I ordered a ear phone 3 months ago. But its mic has been stopped working. I registered a complaint at boat customer service for the warranty. But i am not getting any response from them. My order id - my order id-[protected]. My complaint no at boat is-527520. Its has been long time i am not receiving any update from the respective dept. So thrw it i want bring the same before the boat officials.
