I found error while using the rockerz 338, i raise a complain for the same on 25oct with request no 3837511 and the same earsphone has been delivered by end by 2nd nov. But I received the mailed that the same product is discontinued on 27 nov and offer exchange with some other product. Which were declined by me. And want some other solution like refund or exchange with other option. But the company didn't response on the same .
It's abouts 2 month I am without my earsphone and I didn't get any response from the company.
I am very dissapointed with the service level why should I get happen. Out of 12 months warranty the company already have my earsphone for 2 mnth and after that I don't get any response.
Kindly Handel this on urgent basis and please provide the refund process or provide my replacement for the product. Was this information helpful? |
