Boat — earphone were given for repair/replacement under warranty but there is no update after issuing replacement.

Boat earphones were given for repair/replacement under warranty but there is no update after issuing replacement for the product.
Neither they are answering mail nor there customer care number is reachable.
All the date wise details are attached.
Its been more than 10 days after the issuing of replacement now.

Boat should either tell me what are the updates or should provide me with a full refund.
