I had registered a complaint on 29th july 2020, regarding the replacement and return of my earphone whose one side and mic are not working, and the item is within the warranty period.

On 11th aug 2020, it's showing the item is out for delivery and whhhandover, however i have not received my product, even the status is showing as "delivered".
Please, describe the issue and kindly deliver the product as soon as possible.
I am also providing the waybill details.
