I purchased a new Boat Airdopes 161 (USN No. XWZJ7380053, Part No.[protected], HSN code[protected] on 15 May 2023. In October, it stopped working on its own and I did not drop it or there hasn't been any case of rough use. But still now when I'm trying to replace the product as it is in warranty period, Boat says that damage is not included in warranty and they are not replacing my product.
I know for a fact that Boat products are from China, because of that their earphones don't work well after few months but they don't accept that the product was itself bad and don't want to replace it.
