In October initially my product airdopes 381 had some battery issue. So, I raised a complaint and claimed my warranty. In replacement, I received a product which was not even working so I again raised for replacement and then i received a product which was working but its charging case was not even properly closing. So i again raised for replacement this time I received an empty box. And after sending emails to you guys i have not even received any response from boat. This is really frustrating. Since this was my first ever boat purchase and moreover in replacement, i was only getting the product in a plastic sheet no new box unit.
Which was again frustrating since these were refurbished units and defective too. Was this information helpful? |
