On April 27, 2023, I submitted my faulty Airdopes under warranty to BoAt Authorised Service Station, Ahmedabad, wherein I was told that a replacement will be done within 8 to 10 days.
No response, ultimately my brother in law Mr.Pawan Tekwani tried several calls. Eventually, received an empty box on April 29, 2023. On such a situation immediately Mr.Pawan had sent an email on the same date along with photos and videos. No response.
I was out of India. On my coming back on May 7, 2023, I contacted Customer Service Station Mr.Sanjay. On his request I forwarded all the details of email, video n photos. I was told that it will take 48hrs for the resolution. After several calls no response, ultimately I visited personally but the Executive was absent. After trying with my friends mobile the Executive responded ridiculously. Again requesting for a further 48hrs. Recently on 18 May, 2023, Mr.Sanjay refused and told my wife that we have not immediately informed the company hence cannot help you. There is no co-ordination between the company and its customers service centre.
I have a proof of my brothers email suited out immediately and now the company is ignoring and refusing for my replacement. My Ticket number is 32062504 and Case id 32892836. Along with this complaint, I have attached the relevant email id & photos. I can be reached at [protected].
