Hi Team,
I have submitted a complaint against the product that I was using (Boat Rockerz 255f Model) on 26th May, 2020 via Boat Support complaint window.

- AWB:[protected]
My faulty product was picked up from my home on 2nd June, 2020 and reached the repairing center on 8th June, 2020 as per the status corresponding to my AWB number.
Since then, I am waiting for my earphones (Either replaced or repaired) but there is no status update so far.
As per the Last update it is showing 'WHHANDOVER" on 16th June, 2020.
I have attached the screenshots as well for the reference.
I tried many a times to get in touch with the Boat Support team via Call, E-mail but no response from their end.
Could you please address this and convey the same to the concerned individual.
