I have purchased boat headphone from amazon about 1 months ago. However I was not getting voice properly sometimes when I used to use it more than hour and also some times other person was unable to hear my voice properly sometimes. So I request for replacement or refund.However I don't know I am getting message from your team, it is physically damage. It was not physically damage, there was only voice issue. Physical damage might have got by thier couriers or service centre guys. They are not responding on emails and saying only sorry by when i call thier representatives .Request you to help me refund my money . It is fraud company.
