I have purchased BoAt airdopes 381 from BoAt website on 29 March and Order got delivered on 1 April, product was having overheating issue and sound cracking issue, so on 6 April i was trying to replace this product with 7 days return policy on BoAt website, but i was getting error while placing return request, so i mailed customer care for same, so after waiting for 10 days on 17 April i got a callback from your team and they told me to claim warranty and they assure me that i will be getting fresh product seal pack because i have notified customer care within 7 days of return policy given by company .
Ultimately issue is from BoAt side as the website has some issues while placing return request in 7 day return window period. So customer assured me a fresh piece as i have already highlighted this issue via mail when my return window was open .
So i have accepted customer request and claimed my warranty and my product got picked, but today on 22 april my product got delivered and the product which i received is used, having lots of scratchs and not a fresh piece or seal pack as assured by customer care .
I have unboxing video also, now further im taking this case to consumer forum and will serve legal notice soon.
I want a callback from your team on high priority .
I want a new fresh product as per your company policy of 7 days return,
Because error was from your website side, its not my lookout i have highlighted my issue to customer care via mail when my return period was open, order was delivered on 1 April and i have mailed this issue on 6 April so it was 6th day and return period contains 7 days .
Get this issue resolved asap, and dispatch a fresh unit as stated in companies policy . Was this information helpful? |
