Boat — Getting defective product on replacement

Im trying contact with customer service support because of after warrenty claim I got the replacement product and that product also defective and after that I try to claim warranty for that product I'm enabled to do that because missing serial number of product they not provided while time of replacement and the serial number not also printed on the product it's now 10, 12 day's I'm daily connect with customer service support and also on [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com i give all the documents and photos of the product then also they are not providing me any solution on that just extending time like we provide in 48 hour, 24 hours.
