I got empty box from boat of my product and it has been more than 1 month but they didn't solving my problem just saying wait for 24 to 72 hours they were just giving me mental harrasment the last mail got from them just saying wait for 10 to 12 days but it has been more than 20 day but they didn't solving my problem pls help me my ticket number is 31877445
