Boat — Haven't received replacement of product

I'm very honoured that you can provide us replacement and can recover products . But it's too bad that if someone gave you their product for servicing or replacement .

It's been more than 20 days I still haven't received any response . It always shows that it's been delivered through express bees .. but whenever I do query they always tell that we'll work on your query immediately .

It's too much annoying that I've already send query 2 times . And I still haven't received my eardopes ..
I wish that you'll see this issue and will give back my product as soon as possible.
