Boat — Haven't received replacement product. It's been two weeks after they took earphones from my residence.

I made a replacement request of boat-rockers 255 Bluetooth earphones on 21/09/19 and reached at the service center on 4/08/20. And the last status is shown on ticket number - 1366756 that "replacement product issued" on 11/08/20, after that no status updated on the ticket number and no mail or message update. I tried to call several times on the customer service support number on "[protected]" but no one answer the call after a long long waiting time. It is almost 16 days till now they don't dispatch the product. Whenever I call customer care they didn't respond. Please help me with my ticket no 1366756. I am facing lots of problems regarding this. All my classes are disturbed due to this.
