Boat — Haven't received the product even after almost a month of ordering it

I ordered a boAt smartwatch from boAt website on Jan 6 2023. Haven't received the product yet. I have called their customer service 3 times the past month. Everytime I'm told that i will get a call within 48 hours from them.No further action has been done from their side. I haven't received a satisfactory reply regarding the refund. I can't cancel the order because its already packed as per the site. Product order code: 3830816
