Boat — Headphone replace and told me to damage headphone
I request you for my complent ragister no is 24456631, my headphone only one side issue not working but our team report me thise product is damage so we can't replace the headphone.
I don't know what happened thise picture send me of headphone of damage so please check and fix the issue as soon as possible.
My headphone is one side ok another headphone is not working.
Your pickup employees are doing some changed the headphone they are chitting our company and customer.
How can damage the hadphone the boy told me on the spot sir it is damage so we can't replace it.why pick my headphone for your replacement and why
