Boat — Headset replacement -regarding

My boat headset was not working .so, I claimed my warranty and they took the product on 30th december 2020 .On 7th
december I checked my ticket status and it was mentioned that the replaced product dispatched to the customer. But still now I didn't get the AWB number for my product number.I called the customer service number many times but they didn't take my calls.please look into the matter fast.

Sorry there was a mistake the product was took on 30th november .
