This to to bring to light that the boat customer support has delayed the replacement of my headset for more than a month, and have send a sms stating that replacement is done please give feedback. I have sent multiple emails to get a resolution, then on sept 2nd 2020 i was notified that the issue has been to escalated to the concerned team. I have received no communication whatsoever.

Thank you for forwarding my issue to boAt but it's been 10 days and they have not taken any action nor have they tried to contact or get in touch with me.
