I ordered the Boat Airdrops 402 with order ID #806869 and I received a product which had issues connecting and disconnecting and I requested for a exchange and received a product with even worse quality as it had same issues with connection and moreover the case doesn't work as expected here. Boat doesn't even have a customer care service where people can directly talk and resolve issues and for their email no reply from their email.
Looks like this company has professionally mastered the skill to harass customers and waste their times.
