I have returned my boat wireless earphones as it was under warranty period. The return was successful but it has been one month since i did not receive my replacement unit.
There has been no response from their side either on mail or on calls. I have been a frustrated customer from their service now and it's been high time they should value their customer.
I want to get updated on my product and want my replacement unit as soon as possible. Please notice this issue and forward this complaint so that they can issue me the product and value thier customers. Was this information helpful? |
