On first March 2023, I initiated my warranty claim, they took my product by saying I will get a replacement within 7 days. It's been almost 3 months and I haven't received any replacement.
Whenever I call them regarding this situation they are saying various reasons. Finally today they said they can't provide me any assistance and they won't provide me any replacement. They are also not returning my product which was taken by them. They indirectly stole my product. Was this information helpful? |
