Dear SIr/Madam,
My product complaint is defined as replacement issue by Boat service. the replacement Product despatch to me at my address on 16 Oct 2020.
After inspection of recieved product, I found dublicate product and also the colour and product quality is different. Its look like scam in invoice it's written as blue colour but I got black and the material of the product is also different. Please check and give me update about this complaint. Hence I will return this product.
If not possible to solve then please give my money back. I don't want to be one customer of this fake boat company.
I request you to please solve this problem as soon as possible.
