Boat — I have given my product for warranty on oct 11 today is nov 18..still I am not any update on the product

My ticket number is 651328..i have claimed my warranty on Oct 11..but today date is Nov 18..still there is no update regarding the product from the boat side..even the customer care number is also not working.please help me with this issue ...very worst service from boat.It is really a pathetic scenario from boat side..i will never get an boAt products after this
