I purchased Boat Uno nirwana on Amazon. After 6 months its mike is stopped working.so i requested to replace the product to manufacturing brand boat by sending invoice which I received in Amaxon.my ticket number is 1313364. Then Xpressbees courier boy came to pickup my product on 22nd july Awb number is[protected]. Then after 10 days i have received message from boat showing we successfully checked your product and eligible for replacement. Then they give Delhivery courier name AWB is[protected]. Now 4 months but i not received my product. Many time i contacted to boat cc but no use they dont attempt calls.i have sent too many mails everyday but they didn't replied.please help me to get my product. I suggest please don't buy any product from Boat very bad service also very cheap products. They don't lost more than 3 months
