Boat — I have not received my replacement product yet.

Ticket number-611168.
I have registered my complaint on the official website of boat on 1 october 2019 and handover my product to courier company on 4 october 2019.
On 10 october 2019 service center received my product and the replacement unit was also issued on the same day. But i have not received my product yet.

Defective house of morley ear phone received at the boat service center but not yet delivered the replacement. Worst service by the boAt service team and waste product. Complaint reference number is 545466. It is more than 20 days. .
Hi myself Sk alerasul my ticket number is 583043 ...I have sent my boat 255 active black for replacement under warranty but no update has been coming no one is accepting my call I have tried lots of time but they are not responding I have even tried sending them mails but they are not replying...bot is saying invalid ticket number kindly help me
