I have returned my boat rockerz 255r to the courier boy because is in warranty and it's almost a month it does not dispatch for delivery.
In complent tracking the status is showing me that replacement product issued, but now it is not showing any updates and the replacement product should have to be reached me many days earlier but it doesn't dispatched yet...
Please help me with that return my replacement quickly...

I claim for warranty of boat rockerz 255(active black) because it is in warranty the product also picked up by boy on 28june2020 morning and after that the product status shows replacement product dispatching soon on 10july2020 but till now i am not get my product my ticket no[protected] plz hlp

When i replace my boat rockersz 255r there was no any covid 19 situation. But it almost takes 2 months for the process of replacement. From writing complaint on boat website to the day my replaced item delivered. I almost loose hope but suddenly i get a message that your replaced item will deliver tomorrow. Yeah it takes time but you will definitely get your product.

I had bought. Boat bass heads 100. And I got repaired and I claimed my warranty in July 22 and. It is showing 1 Aug replacement product dispatching soon now it is not coming. Now date is Aug 12. And it is not dispatching

I've placed replacement order on 21august and it's 3 September now. In tracking the status is showing me that replacement product issued, but now it isn't showing any updates.
