[Resolved]  Boat — I haven't received any updated from the boAt service center about my replacement product

My boAt rockerz 255 were not working and since they were under warranty i registered for a replacement of my earphones. The earphones have been received by the service center but they still haven't got back to me about anything related to return of my replacement product. Its been two weeks as of today and i want to know what's the status and when will i get my earphones replaced.
