Boat — i m didn't receive boat 225 headphones

I have giving product boat 225 for warranty cliam at 18 th june but today boat says your product was handover but i didn't receive my headphones so as soon as resolve mu issue

I have also given my boat bluetooth earphones 255r on 21 July, 2020 but now it shows that it is handovered but I had not received any earphones. Please help me. Ticket no-1060189
