Boat — I ordered boat bassheads 220 , but when I track my order it show your order is yet to be dispatched.

We placed an order on 30 may 2022 .i.e. for boat bassheads 220 wired earphone (ordered copy attached). But we didn't receive any update on the status of the order.
When we are trying to track the order it is only showing one message ("Your order is yet to be dispatched. We will keep you informed every step of the way.)
