Boat — i wish to complaint about boat warranty service providing very worst service and customer care no always busy. they dont give reply to mail.

I bought boat rackerzs 235v2 bluetooth headphones, they had a problem in power on.
So, i contact the company via email, and registered complaint and asked for replacing or repairing.
They assured me that they will be replacing them in 18 to 20 days. Now its over 1 months that i had not received the headphones.
I am comlpaining because i am not satified about time taken by them and there customer service number is all time busy.
