I bought Boat Rockerz 235v2 earphones. And after some months the right side earbud started making problem and it has stopped working. My product was on warranty period, so I decided to claim warranty for the same. So, I was registering my complain in the boAt (IMAGINE MARKETING INDIA PVT. LTD.) website, but there the form for complain was not displaying, there was Service Centre Address displaying. So, In this corona virus period, I cannot visit to Boat Service Centre because of this deadly disease and corona curfew was also going on. So, I called Boat Customer Care Service for the solution. So, Customer care suggested me to write email on [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com for the problem and mention your address and Product invoice and wait for 7 days for the reply. So, I mailed to the same email address told by Boat customer care and followed his process on 9th MAY'21. I waited till 19th MAY'21 and there was no reply till the time. So, I contacted Boat Customer Care for no reply issue, he asked me details and said that he had registered complain for the same and told me to wait for 2-3days for the same. But Today, i.e. 25th MAY'21, I called again for the problem to Customer Care for the issue, he suggested to me email again for the issue and wait for the reply. I don't think that they will reply to me for the problem. BoAT After Sales Service is not good I got to know now. They do not reply to customer for the service.
