Boat — Inconvenience with the airdopes

Hi sir,
Few days back I've ordered a boat airdopes 281 because of its improper working and a low quality sound I've moved forward to clear my complaint, I tried contacting boat customer care and had no response, so I request you to clear my issue with the airdopes.
