This is my first experience of buying any product(s) directly via Boat website. To be honest it became like harassment! After ordering, I had to wait a long time with no update via email or message or any other means on my order until I dropped the email where my order is? Finally somehow I received the order now the irony is that the package contained only one item i.e. TRebel Airdopes 131 - Lightpink × 1 (see the attached) and BOAT Rockerz 261 - Red × 1 is missing, not delivered yet.
Please be noted that in between...
1) I tried to chat on your chat boat. It also ended with no luck as I could not find the option to choose missing items. So it seems your fancy chat boat is just for fun and I became the victim of your latest technology!
2) I called up the order delivery # +91 [protected], he simply told please contact the Boat.
3) Now today I called on Boat helpdesk # +[protected] dated on Monday 19th April 2021, Strangely I could not get a complaint number to refer in future incase I call back to Boat helpdesk. Upon asking I got the excuse that the complaint number is not provided over call I have to email!
This is why I am terming it as harassment!!! By the way I am still waiting for their reply or my missing item to dispatched... Was this information helpful? |
