Boat — it's almost 24 days reached still not received replacement of the boat bluetooth earphone

My boat bluetooth earphone picked up on 3rd of july for replacement and today the date is 27th of july. But still not received replacement. I tried to track order with awb number but it's showing invalid. Tried to contact customer care but they are not going answers my call.
