I had sent my bluetooth headphone for service and replacement on 01/05/2020.
It's been almost two months still no updates nor any mail from boat team regarding the status. I called the courier company they said that they have delivered it on 29/05/2020 only. I didn't get any replacement product. I can't able to track my ticket no. It's showing error. Customer care guys are not at all responding properly. I don't know what customer service they are providing. Very bad service. Please help me close this issue. My ticket no is 1080831.
