This is extremely disappointing, I've called and mailed boat's customer care so many times but not received my headphone back., my headphone boat 235v2 is at boat's service centre since 6/10/21, the pickup was started on 27/9/21 and the faulty headphone was sent through courier and it was received at boat's service centre on 6/10/21

Updated by drmanu I've called the boat's customer care again they told asked to give acknowledgement of courier by which my headphone was sent that's Delhivery courier which successfully picked up my parcel on 1.10.21
Awb[protected] I went the Delhivery couriers office they have shown me full tracking of the parcel but denied to give it's screen shot, it was finally reached Boat LifeStyle service centre Bhiwandi, Maharashtra on 6.10.21
Now what's the issue why they are not returning my product back?????
