My ticket no is 744813
as i received mail on 15 november that my earphone reached their service center and it will take 4 days to dispatch
but after 4 days i did not received any mail and message regarding that.
So i just check on this https://support.boat-lifestyle.com/
with my ticket no.744813 and there on 18 replacement request issued, now today is 26, but i did not receive any mail and even i mailed them just to clarify me either they are working on it or not but nobody response.
now from 15 until 26 almost 12 days but i dont know what is the status of my ticket. Was this information helpful? |
