Boat — Money debited

Address:Siva temple north Street, Ammachatram post, Kumbakonam taluk,612103

I paid 1399 rupees for 121 pro earpods on last Saturday ( 13 August 2022) from my phone pe to Imagine marketing India pvt Ltd. But I haven't recieved any order id or confirmation message from boat untill now.
Who take response to my money?
I need money or earphone.
Please, take immediate action.
