Boat — Money got deducted from my account but didn't receive any message for order confirmation

I placed an order for boat wave call- prebook on 21st July 2022 at 22:34 pm. I paid via my credit card and got a message for money deduction from the card but didn't received any order confirmation message and nothing is showing in my orders. I request team boat to look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest.
