It's been almost 65 to 75 days I sent my blooth earphones. They approved my replacement in 1st week of August. I didn't received my earphones yet. I reached customer service hundreds of time. I reached customer service of delivery partner xpressbee also both are worst service. Not responding and not capable of solving problems. They always take excuse of pandamic lock down in some areas and reply me with we working with 30% staff. Even if they working with 30% of staff. Dose it really take almost 3 months of time to replace my product. Very very bad experience. I never buy boat products again.such a worst experience and worst organization.
