Hello my name is surender singh, my complaint has been successfully registered with you and my ticket number is 1053249

My headphones was picked up by the courier partner on 10 may but i have not got any replacement till now. Now i am not bale to track my product. I am really worried about this and i hope i get my product as soon as possible.
Can you please tell the further process which is going to take place. And till whn i am getting my headphones.
