[Resolved] Boat — My product is not working it is under warranty

I purchased boat earphones on on march 18th 2020 with 1 year warranty.after 6 months it stops right ear bud I register complaint to boat on 29th september 2020 ticket number is 1597319 they said with 18 to 20 days they resolve it but still no response from their side, I send to mail, but they will not respond to my mail, I call 2 times to their cusomer care but still I didnt get proper response.so I decided to complaint against company .

I raised new ticket on my issue they are initiated for pickup for new ticket, so I decided to close my complaint
