Boat — my product was delivered to them for loose connection but i haven't received any main after it was delivered its been around 3 days

My boat ticket no. Is 1188677 and was it picked from me on 19 th july which has to be delivered on 21th july from expressbee services whose awb no. Is[protected] now it was delivered on 27 july but i hadn't received any mail from boat regarding the successful delivery of my product and i am trying to reach them and seeking help but no respond is coming and i am really in big trouble i really want that product as soon as possible pls help
