Boat — My work calls was getting affected

I was facing problem with my boat Airdopes 207 during calls. From my side I could hear other person clearly but they were saying meri voice bahut low aa rahi hai or getting cut in between. Music was working fine, lekin mostly issue sirf calling time hi ho raha tha, so I felt something is not right yaar. I contacted customer care. It took little time to connect the call, but after that the support person listened. He asked me where I take calls from and if I use single earbud or both. He suggested some basic checks related to mic and bola earbuds reset karke ek baar phir test karo. After doing that, call quality became better. I was little worried in starting, but support actually understood the issue and helped to fix it.
